  • untitled.bmpCommunity Spring Cleanup Highlights: the Barrett Station Civic League would like to thank Harris County Wade Road Camp - Pct. 2 for their efforts on April 28th.  For the most part, residents were a bit slow in getting out to the cleanup site.  However, as in past years the "rush hour" delivery of your trash proved a successful project.  Also, thanks once again, to Mt. Rose C.O.G.I.C. for the use of its parking lot for this very worthy community purpose!  Thanks to Freddie Matthews, James Fontenot, Rennie Matthews, Rochelle Mayweather, Troy Matthews, Terri Hargrove - all of whom played a key role in our Spring cleanup efforts!
  • CISD Student Awards on May 7th: the Barrett Station Civic League Awards Scholarships to Five (5) Students: Devin Rachelle Chambers and Dorothy Rebecca Guillory - $1,000/each; and Rohene Demone LaMark, Cameshia McCullough and Orlando Tremayne Pettieway - $250/each.  Congratulations students, we are proud of you!
